Christmas Gift Guide - Boyfriend Edition - BLOGMAS DAY 3

Happy Blogmas day 3 everyone!

Todays is a little Christmas gift guide for the lads in your life. I find buying things for my boyfriend quite hard because he doesn't necessarily have a 'thing' and I'm like.......thank you that's super helpful. So I end up buying clothes and random things that I think will make his Christmas special. I think I've done a good job this year.

The below include a couple of things my boyfriend already has (Dior Homme makes me think of our first date together!) - the others are just little bits I came across and thought "yeah, someones boyfriend might like these".

Let me know what you are planning on getting your boyfriends or girlfriends. I'm pretty much finished but knowing me I won't stop buying him things despite this! I'm a spoiler...

See you tomorrow!

Christmas Wishlist - BLOGMAS DAY 2

Happy Blogmas Day 2!

I will be sharing with you just a few things I would like for Christmas this year. The older I get the harder it is when my mum asks me, my 23 year old self "make me a Christmas list so I know what you want".

I miss the old days when you would sit down for hours to pen your Christmas list, or sit in your Nannies kitchen and go through the Argos catalogue and pick at least one thing one each page. Just me? No? Didn't think so!

I would be a very lucky girl to get anything from this list this year, but I am more stoked to give my presents to my loved ones. Some ideas will be coming up in the following days!

What's on your Christmas wish list this year? Let me know!

Current Absolute Want and NEED.

Good afternoon everyone!

I am currently OBSESSED with Checked Trousers right now, I need some as Autumn slowly approaches me. I've found some absolutely beauts items online and am eagerly awaiting payday to get my hands on some. I love the idea of these with a black jumper and my vans, I'm not blowing my own trumpet but I'll look sick as. Just look!

L - R

Have a look, I'm sure these are bound to be a staple piece this Autumn/Winter!

Current Mixed Favourites...

Hiii! Something a little different today but as I have literally nothing to do with my life right now I'm getting blog posts popping out of my mind left, right and centre.

Here are my current mixed favourite things!

Favourite Album:

Madness - Sleeping with Sirens.

This album is the ultimate tits, you know when you listen to an album so much you just get sick of it…well with this I haven't yet. Almost every song is sweet as and I especially love Go Go Go, The Strays and Gold. It's such a good listen!

Favourite Book:

Billy and Me - Giovanna Fletcher.

I'm such a fussy person that it takes a lot for me to read which is really annoying, when I was little I loved to read but unfortunately I just grew out of it. But now, as I've already said I've finished university for now and I have so much spare time there is no excuse. So I finally have time to read Giovanna's collection of books and of course started with 'Billy and Me'. It's so cute, a story about a normal girl and her famo boyf,

Favourite Clothing Item:

MY TOPSHOP PINAFORE. (I searched for it on Topshop and it no longer exists)

I'm in LOVE with it, if I could wear it everyday I probably would but I'd definitely look smelly if I did that. It goes with everything, looks cute as balls and it's just lush. I love it! My favourite purchase of the past 19 (almost 20) years and that's me being over the top but that's fine because I'm in love with this item. I might marry it, who knows.

Favourite Shop:

Topshop obvz lol.

My favourite shop always and forever, we are made for each other. Me n you 4evz Topshop.

In all seriousness, I go there almost every week just to try new stuff on because I have a sad life. But Topshop on Oxford Street is the tits and I can't help myself, I've tried some absolutely banging clothes on lately. They've honestly got such a cute collection in right now! (I may do a wish list post but that would take a million years because I'm greedy and want everything)

Well, I hope you enjoyed this it's a bit different. Slightly inspired by my pal Georgia!

Bye-ya x x x

A Lil' Catch Up…

Hey palz,

Been a while hasn't it, my bad! I don't even know why I have abandoned this blog but I've not been very motivated and had no idea what to even write about, my friends seem to think my tragic life would be a good start - I might take their advice. I thought I'd do a little update in case anyone in the universe is even slightly interested.

  • I finished my first year at uni! I completed all my work, submitted everything and here I am bored off my tits. I've spent the last two days colouring in…how very adult of me.
  • I went to Scotland and Sweden over the Easter holiday and they were both sick and I got very merry in two new countries, well done to myself. I feel like I should have done a post about the both of them because both holidays were super fun. In Scotland we done a lot of stuff, more than I thought we would! We went paint balling which was an experience and I got hit in the arse and hit my friend in the arse, so that's a success in my eyes. In Sweden we walked about, saw how beautiful the country is and one night got merry, went out, I spoke and complimented a dodgy looking hot dog seller outside of a club, so that was an experience.
Loch Ness with my 7 best pals!

In Sweden with a Swede and a German.
  • I went to see The Vamps a couple of times, that was fun, Brad was dreamy. I also saw All Time Low twice in a weekend AND MET ALEX GASKARTH BLEGH. MY 12 YEAR OLD DREAM WAS FULFILLED AND MY FOREHEAD FLEW OUT WHAT IN THE DICK?!?!?!
Hiding the dreaded forehead with Alex G x
  • 5 Seconds of Summer came back for a little bit and I managed to see Ashton and he tapped me on the shoulder like we were old pals, little did he know I was very hungover and had puked 3 times that morning. Oops.
  • I bought a pinafore and it should be worldwide news because it's beauts.

I'm not sure what else has happened the past few months, definitely nothing of interest.

I'm comin' back ladz, I might even be hitting up YouTube but we'll see.

See ya x x x

Bits and Pieces On A Budget.

Hello!

So I now have to live on a budget to get through the weeks, I'm sticking to it religiously, I write down everything and all that I aim to spend that week and that is super important at University, you really don't want to find yourself low on money. BUDGETING IS KEY. Now I want to treat myself every now and then, of course who doesn't want to treat themselves?! But unfortunately I can't afford the luxuries I'd freely buy back when I had no responsibilities, I can't quite justify walking into Topshop and spending a mad amount of money anymore (as much as I am dying to, please send me money to fund my Topshop lifestyle, I miss you so much Topshop…don't forget me, I'll be back when I'm rolling in money).

The other day I went to Westfield and needed to get some make up, mine was running low and I'm not even a huge make up wearer but it's better to stock up now before it was too late, am I right?!

I've never purchased Seventeen make up from Boots before but when there's a 3 for 2 offer how does one on a budget resist…

And there you have it, 3 really lovely make up products, 3 for 2 therefore fairly cheap in my eyes! I walked out of Boots feeling quite satisfied with myself.

I then went onto H&M and got myself a t-shirt and I call this look black on black, holes on holes, basically my super trampy look that I actually love very much. (The top was £12.99 and I was mugged off and didn't get my student discount, damn you H&M)

There you have it, my little purchases for the week. Now back to spending my money primarily on food, oh university…you're rinsing me dry.

June Topshop Wish-list!

Hiiiiiii! I've never done one of these before and of course I love clothes etc, so maybe I should start doing stuff like this more often.

I could've gone on and on and picked literally everything but I only chose a few things which if I had the money I would go straight into a big Topshop and buy, but actually all I can do is window shop, then leave and cry at my lack of shopping. My style isn't very 'colourful' considering it's Spring/Summer, I am still stuck in my skinny black jeans but perhaps one day that'll all change… we'll see. Anyway, here are some things I liked the look of online today!

Now, I know it's not really the right time of year to wear jumpers and cardigans but I dress for comfort no matter what the heat (silly, I know) but I've never had a Summer where I've whacked my legs out and I'd love to so maybe in a few weeks I'll do an updated wish-list and there might be more season appropriate clothes on there.

Right now I'm super into ripped skinny jeans, I just bought some black ones and they're so nice so the ripped stone wash jamie jeans (which will ALWAYS be Topshops best quality and best fitted jeans, in my opinion) are a great pick!

The denim t-shirt dresses have been about for absolutely ages now and I'm still yet to buy one so hopefully I'll get one for the summer.

What are you thinking about Topshop right now, is there anything you really want to purchase? Let me know!

I enjoyed doing this, so will definitely do this more often. My blog doesn't seem to have a set subject I write about, I like a bit of everything and that's cool I think.

Will write soon! xo

October Favourites.

Hello! It's the 5th November, Bonfire Night but I thought I would share with you the things I have favoured in the past month or so.

Starting with fashion my favourite item that I purchased last month was this super cute heart print, short sleeved shirt from Topshop (£32)! I am literally in love with this shirt, it looks cute with anything - jeans, shorts or a cute cardigan. I just love how Topshop has clearly been inspired by Burberrys range of heart print shirts which have been seen on Harry Styles and Victoria Beckham throughout the year. Although it's in the store this season I think I'll be wearing it all year round, it's a timeless piece of clothing.

Another item I've loved from Topshop (£65) is my new winter coat, it's very cute! It's just lovely with a nice pair of flat boots and frilly socks. Everyone needs a decent winter coat don't they? And I saw this and fell in love, I've had a wax jacket from Topshop for the last 3 years and really wanted a change and this just caught my eye!

Okay so Starbucks is the best coffee shop for their seasonal drinks, everyone loves a good Christmas drink in a red cup from Starbucks but this Autumn they released 2 drinks - the pumpkin spiced latte
and my favourite, the salted caramel hot chocolate. Holy cow, that salted caramel hot chocolate was my one true love this October, I could have happily had one every single day. I haven't visited Starbucks since last week because I am worrying that they've said goodbye to it as the red cups have come in, I simply cannot go in there and have the heartache of realising it's gone. If you didn't try it then you really did miss out!

Now onto make up, I'm not much of a make up wearer and if I do wear it I only ever do it in a natural way. Never ever come near me with an eyeliner because I will slap it out of your hand, I am just not that kind of girl and never have been. However, I am a massive fan of Rimmel and their make up and nail varnishes, that and Maybelline in my opinion are the best make up products on the high street. Anyway! This month I picked up a few things from Rimmel and they've been my favourite on days when I feel like I should put a little on or on nights out.

I've had the concealer for most of the year now (£3.99 Boots) and it's just the best one I've had, it goes on really nicely and underneath foundation and powder it just works really well. The Rimmel 1000 kisses lip tint (£5.99 Boots) is just really subtle and nice, I never like anything too overpowering so that is really nice for me and it's in the colour Endless Blossom. The Stay Matte foundation goes on really well, although don't put a lump on your hand expecting to use it all because you really do not need a lot, I learnt the hard way and ended up having to take it all off because it was just a disaster. I have it in Ivory and it was £5.99 from Boots. The powder is literally the only powder I will ever use and I got it so long ago that I have no idea how much it cost! But as you can see, I really like Rimmel make up.

So, what were you October favourites, do you like anything I've spoken about? Let me know in the comments below.

Please follow on here and on Bloglovin and I'll kiss your face.

Bye! x

Favourite Items At The Moment

Since the Summer my favourite pair of shoes have been my white Nike, Air Force Ones. I usually wear them when I wear leggings or shorts with a shirt with a nice collar. I got them for £35 because I have small feet and got them for the children's price (always a win). Although, they don't really go well with jeans because they just look too big and chunky so I like to wear them when people won't be focused on my legs looking stumpy.
To add onto this I like to wear my basic red curve hem jumper from Topshop which was only £18, I love this jumper so much it's literally my favourite one I own because I can wear it with every blouse I have and it looks nice! They do it in other colours too (green, black and grey) so I would definitely recommend getting one because it's simple but goes with everything.
Finally, the past couple of months I've been wearing the oversized roll back tee's from Topshop. I've got the burgundy and grey one and also, one with 'geek' written on it. They're my favourite because I love basic tee's from Topshop because like the jumpers, they just go with everything - and I love a rolled up sleeve on a tee too. They're only £16 which is good considering they good quality and they look nice! They have loads of colours now and loads with different words on the front too so they're clearly quite popular.
