Self Worth.

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well!

It's been a while, my life has been a whirlwind since the last time I posted, the New Year really treated me to a multitude of shite all at once. Thanks Universe.

I had to deal with a break up, leaving a house and my Grandad passing away all in the space of a couple of weeks. Firstly, I was broken, didn't think I'd be able to cope. Then my Grandad passed away and as much as I fucking miss him and wish he was still here, it put life and everything into perspective.

I haven't let myself wallow, I haven't sat around crying like would be expected of me in this situation. It has been an awful time, but my God it's made me so much stronger.

Never, EVER in my life have I realised my self worth. Never have I wanted to get better mentally and physically. But all of this happened and some sort of switch turned on in my head. I realised I was worth so much more than the way I was treated, I realised that life is too short to sit around and suffer. I wanted to get better, I wanted to be well.

I've been enjoying myself since all of this happened, I'm the happiest I've been in such a long time and really, I am so proud of myself.

I finally realise that as a person I am worth love, kindness and attention from the people who I want to give attention and love back to. I'm so happy for myself.

I have realised I am worth more than my eating disorder, more than my anxiety and more than my depression. I've been eating whatever I wanted (of course with the off days, normal in recovery) - I've been going out and having fun, spending time with some lovely people and treating myself to nice things. This is the nicest I've felt in so long, I am finally ready to live my life.

I'm now weighing up my options about the future, I'm looking into going back to University with people behind me who support me and want me to succeed. I am in a really good place.

Basically, know your worth guys. Just know that you are worth love, happiness and good health. Look after yourself and get rid of toxic people who bring you down, life is TOO SHORT PEOPLE. You are worth all of those days where you treat yourself to nice things, you are worth the time you spend on yourself and only yourself, you are worth self love and self respect, you are worth the respect you deserve from other people. You are just fucking amazing and embrace it.

I'll be back soon with regular posts, I just need some well earned me time!

All the love, x

The One Where I Make Gingerbead Autumn Cookies.

Hey everyone,

I've had a few really crap days hence the no 'Positive Tuesdays' post because quite frankly even though the whole point is the pick the best parts out of the week, I just couldn't. I could not sit down and do that yesterday and I am sorry for my negative vibes.

Today I took my mind off of things and saw my mum then came home to bake some Gingerbread Cookies with the cookie cutters I purchased earlier in the day!

I used a recipe from BBC Goodf Food, as per usual I always go there for recipes.

£2.49 from TKMaxx

They turned out really nice, gooey in the middle! They're so cute for Autumn, and you know me, I LOVE AUTUMN. TKMaxx had loads of sweet Halloween cookie cutters too so I shall be going there shortly to purchase some more.

It's so nice living in my own little house doing some baking, I was adulting so hard. I also iced them (badly) and put cinnamon in the icing, Autumn was all up in my face.

Let me see your seasonal cookies if you've done any!

Rome 2016!

Hello everyone!

It's been almost 2 months since myself and Ryan went away to Rome, we go to Dublin next week so it felt right to FINALLY do a post about it!

It was incredible, one of the most beautiful places I've ever been with the absolute love of my life. It was just perfect. The weather was sweet, maybe even too hot. The food was bloody incredible oh my god, don't, I am still mourning the loss of the Italian pizza when I eat a disappointing pizza from England. Sigh, forever in my heart. The landmarks were just insane, honestly the whole place just blew my mind. I don't understand how the buildings were made so many years ago, it was just amazing!

So, we started off going to Heathrow. Ryan does not like tubes but we were getting the train and tubes, HE NEARLY DID NOT GET ON THE TUBE. I am still traumatised, a lady on the tube gasped and we looked at each other through the window like this is the end. It was so dramatic, should've been a TV show. All was well though, he got on. Our flight was then delayed so we went to a restaurant and just chilled for hours and hours with both our anxiety levels rising because we both don't like flying, what a mare.

Ryan being mis because of the delayed flight, the viewing platform and me having an air pee lolz.

Okay, so we got to Rome and we got pushed into a Taxi...there was already a man in the taxi. Why? Was this a thing? Apparently so when another man got in. It was so bloody weird, and then the taxi driver started to drive while on his phone, looking at a map, just being a fuckin nut nut it was crazy. No one warned us about the crazy drivers!

Day 1 we walked to the Colosseum and wow, in-fucking-sane, I still can't believe it. How?! HOOWWOWOWOWOWOw.

Our walk to the Colosseum and the ruins around the area!

When then walked to the Piazza Venezia, and that was just so huge and crazy. It was white, was I in heaven? Maybz.

Also, we spent about €17 on GELATO. Okay, we knew it may be pricey but after that it did not cost that much. I think we were mugged off, but it was worth it right?

Evening with Pizza and Gelato!
At a cute fountain outside the Piazza Venezia

Day 2 we went off to the Trevi Fountain! It was gorgeous, it was the one thing I was super stoked to go and do. We also went to the Spanish Steps but they were shut...the steps were shut? Yeah. Anyway, the whole area around there was so Italian. The shops, everything. We looked around the shops, got asked to come into so many cafes, not today thank u. It was lovely, then we had dinner on Gay Street which turned out to be our favourite street to have dinner on and it was beauts, another pizza obvz. Then we went and saw the Colosseum at night and wow, nothing like it.

Beauts Day!

Day 3 we went to the Vatican and Vatican City. So the Vatican Museums were insane, like there was too much stuff everywhere on the walls on the ceiling on the floor in my FACE. It was incredible and I'll never experience anything like that again. We also climbed up 500+ steps almost facing our death to see the view of Vatican City, and it was unreal. Worth the pain of the 500+ steps and seeing Ryans whole being sweat and almost die. We went to the T-Bone Station that night too, not very Italian but Ry has always wanted a T-Bone Steak and he looked v proud of himself for destroying it.

Part 1 of the Vatican, all those beautiful ceilings!

Part 2 of the day, that view and Ry with his T-Bone.

So our last full day we went to see the Pantheon, just in the middle of a little place and the history behind places like this as I said before was just blowing my mind. It was great. We also went and saw the Piazza Navona and it was like the Covent Garden of Rome in my opinion. That night we had dinner with the view of the Colosseum again and we finished fairly early so off we went to the Ice Bar! It was so cold (obviously, duh) but so bloody funny, me and Ry had already had a bottle of wine with dinner then we were the only two in there and we were just having such a laugh. It is now one of my favourite memories with Ryan!

More Pizza I love myself.

Of our titties in the Ice Bar

And that was that, the next day we went home and now I have all these new memories with my love and I can't wait for the next adventure next week to Dublin!

Hope you've enjoyed this post!

Homeware Haul Part 1!

Hello everyone, I'm on a roll! So this shall be my first of a few homeware hauls, we haven't got everything in the house yet  - I'm currently sitting on a pile of blankets and cushions while we wait for the sofas. Sleeping on a mattress on the floor while watching the telling which is also on the floor, I think it's kinda cute though. In years to come me and Ry can be like "so we spent weeks on the floor... WEEKS."

I'm not too good at this whole living away from home thing just yet, I know I lived in London for a year but I spent most of that eating doritos hungover in a mess in a duvet burrito. Tonight I tried to boil an egg...3 times. THREE TIMES, T H R E E. Not once, not twice but three times. That's a waste of three whole eggs, don't tell Ryan he'll get the waste police on me.

ANYWAY, we picked up some really sweet little bits to make this house a home! There's still so much more to add, but here are a few of my favourite little bits that we picked up.

Firstly let's go to the kitchen, we went for copper! We could have gone OTT with the copper but of course we were not sure what the kitchen would look like (we've been collecting things since the start of the year maybe?) - however we bought some very sweet pieces.

We got the Tea, Coffee and Sugar pots from Next (£16.00), well my parents bought these as well as the kettle which was from Sainsburys. We then purchased the Toaster from BHS (RIP, forever in my homeware loving heart) - this was I think £23 instead of £40?! Throughout the whole search we made so many savings it was nUTS. The knife set for example which I think is like Ryans child was £36 instead of £120, I'm sweating.

We then got these sweet little mugs with a voucher I got for my birthday from my friend Ben, because aren't they just cute. I love these little Alphabet pieces. These were £4.00 each from Next

Onto the living room, very incomplete as I previously said with the lack of sofas! But once everything is in I'm going to do another post - especially when I get the desk in the spare room aGH. Anyway, back onto the living room we got these beautiful effing cushions oh my GOD. They are the most beautiful things I've ever set eyes on. These are from Marks & Spencers, they were pretty steep at £15.00 each and are like the size of a pea but still wow. Cutest little things again on the whole alphabet theme so people know whose house they're in, right?

oH MY GOD I LOVE THEM

Now the bathroom, upstairs we got some lovely lilac bath mats which are just beauts but I haven't taken a photo of them. The picture below is the beautiful toothbrush holder with a sweet little heart pattern from Sainsburys! We got a matching soap dish and toilet brush holder  - they're just so sweet. The only annoying thing is not being able to have the tiles and flooring that we would like as we rent, but we've made it all work. Here's just a little peak at the toothbrush holder!

Moving on to the random little bits around the house, one day I purchased this cute little chalkboard from Tiger. I'm pretty sure it was about £7.00 but I honestly cannot remember it was months ago, it's so sweet though we keep writing each other little messages when the other is at work or messages for when the other gets home from work. It's quite hard to work such different times from each other, but little messages are very cute to come home to.

These little vases from Next, no longer available though bOOOOO. But they actually inspired the colours I wanted in the accessories for the living room, I think I'll be keeping these in the living room and not in our bedroom. They were £5.00 down from £14.00 in the sale, honestly we should have our own bargain hunting TV show.

Finally, I'm going to show you our bed cover! I'm really unsure what colours we should have in the bedroom. Until we get furniture I don't think I will be super sure but anyway we picked these super sweet bed covers up from Tesco! I'm pretty sure they were also in the sale, they look like little watercolours and you know I love me some watercolour. Ryan looks pretty wrapped up in it.

So that is the lot for now, like I said I will do another once we get more stuff in the house and it all starts coming together. Oh, it wouldn't be right to leave this post without showing you a bit of Ryans nerd cave...

This is in the spare room and on the other side of the room I'm going to have a desk and it's just going to be mega sweet.

I hope you've enjoyed this post, share with me your love for all things homeware in the comments!

SaveSave

Physical VS. Mental

Hiiiiii,

So something that has really been bothering me recently is the difference in how mental illnesses are treated in comparison with physical. I personally, feel like I'm just being silly and weak if I need time for myself because everything is getting too much but my Eating Practitioner said to me "would you feel the same if you had a broken leg?" - of course not, I'd be laying on that sofa watching crap day time telly with no guilt whatsoever.

I've had a few moments recently where I physically cannot face the world, I can only face a few and that's my family, Ryan and my best friend Ben. Everyone else I can't stand the thought of socialising with and that is tough. It's tough especially when you have a full time job and are saving to move out so every time you need to get out of it all you feel like you're letting everyone down.

But it's true, if it was a physical illness the guilt just isn't there. No one can see truly how you feel sometimes though, sometimes getting up out of bed is the biggest struggle you'll face that day and isn't that just sad? Something so normal to everyone else is so hard to you that day. I know it's become a frequent occurrence recently and it makes me feel lazy and weak and I hate that.

In reality I know I'm not weak, I'm ill and sometimes I honestly forget that my own mental health is actually an illness because the stigma still stands. My mental health affects me so much more than I'd like to admit, or wish that it did. I feel so physically ill on days because of it and I'm struggling to understand it lately even though it has been going on for so many years.

I'm trying to figure out why and how all of this started, maybe when I get there it will finally all come to an end. I'm just lucky that right now I'm being treated by the best team I've ever had and I'm praising the mental health system for the first time in 10 years.

Really, what I want to say to anyone who feels the same is that it IS okay to need some time out. If your mental health is really taking over so much, take a step back and remember what you're fighting for. Look after yourself, watch some shite telly and eat some comfort food - look after you for once. Your mind is just as important as a broken leg, a sore throat, or a headache so take it easy.

Til' next time x x x

Positive Tuesdays: (Not on a Tuesday) Weeks Five and Six.

Hiiiiiii! Yes, I understand it's actually Friday and I haven't done one of these in 2 weeks now but hey, I'm now a student and I have things to do, people to see, Doritos to eat.

It's been a mad couple of weeks, I've been finally settling in after week four of 'Positive Tuesdays'  and it now kinda feels like home here in my little bedroom in London with my flatmates who already feel like family. We can just talk about anything and everything, I love it.

Okay so here are all the good things that have been happening... last week my best friends India and Damian got engaged!!! We've literally all waited for this moment for years, they are the glue to our group and this was just an absolutely lovely thing to have happened. I nearly cried when we got told in the morning and I'm honestly so happy for them, all the congratulations in the world to them!

Last week I partied a bit, ate many Doritos, done some stuff…you know, the normal student stuff.

This week I actually started University and it's so overwhelming and scary, I'm trying to be as positive as I can and think of all the good things that are to come but deep down I'm like nope, I cannot do this and I think I'm just totally scaring myself to the point where I feel turning into a tortoise and hibernating would be the better option - BUT I'M NOT HERE TO BE NEGATIVE SO IGNORE THAT.

It's been a very hectic, scary but fun couple of weeks and it's given me a taster of what's to come for the next 3 years, being a fresher is cool, cooking my own dinner is cool, washing my own clothes is also pretty cool. I keep forgetting I'm in my most favourite city in the whole world, so I think I should definitely stop taking that for granted as of this moment.

How has your week been?! Let me know, I'd really love to hear!

Until next Tuesday (I promise I'll get back on track) ((Actually, don't hold me to that))

Saturday Is Near.

I've been here almost my whole life, Saturday comes and I'll be looking at a completely different view. I used to love familiarity, I used to love walking around my estate and going by places I played when I was a kid but it's now all a bit too familiar, I don't think I was put on Earth to stay in the same town forever, I think I was put on this Earth to travel and make the most of my life. This change is going to be good. I'll be spending 3 years in London, my favourite city. I'll come home and look at this boring view occasionally, but I'm excited to swap this view for the view of London. I must stay positive and realise that this is an amazing step for me. 2 years ago I would never get on a bus on my own, walk into shops...anything. Come Saturday I will be doing life all on my own (with my mum just on the other side of a phone in case of any potential breakdowns or confusion when I want to cook some food). But let's do this, I'm Shannon and I'm no longer Little Shannon, the girl who was frightened of leaving a bubble I've been kept in all my life, I am now just Shannon...the girl who is finally chasing a dream.

The TMI Tag.

Hiiiiii, I found this TMI tag and I fancied doing it as a way of introducing myself to any new followers I have gained - thank you by the way if you've followed me on BlogLovin, it really means a lot to me when people recognise you and what you're writing! Let's get started...

1: What are you wearing?
This is embarrassing to admit as I'm not wearing some fancy, fashionable clothing. I am however in my pyjamas which is an odd mix of cut off pyjama trousers which I made into shorts and a green Linkin Park t-shirt.
2: Ever been in love?
Maybe, I'm not sure. I've only been in two relationships and sometimes I wonder if they ever even count. One of the boys I held onto the thought of him long after, maybe that was love…I'm not sure, probably not.

3: Ever had a terrible breakup?
No, not really!
4: How tall are you?
5'2/5'3 (I'm not sure)
5: How much do you weigh?
How much do YOU weigh Mr Nosey?!
6: Any tattoos?
Yes, 2! But I'm going to be making a post about them soon so keep an eye out for that!
7: Any piercings?
Nope!
8: OTP?
This is a tough one, Gus and Hazel are beautiful and everyone loves them, they are the true OTP.
9: Favorite show?
How I Met Your Mother/Friends.
10: Favorite bands?
5 Seconds of Summer, Blink 182, All Time Low, McFly, The Vamps.
11: Something you miss?
Someone, not something…my lovely Grandad Bill.
12: Favorite song?
Beside You - 5 Seconds of Summer.
13: How old are you?
19, I'm pulling a sad face right now.
14: Zodiac sign?
Cancer.
15: Quality you look for in a partner?
If you can make me laugh then I will fall for you.
16: Favorite Quote?
'My heart wants to come home' - it's from a song but still.
17: Favorite actor?
JASON SEGEL, NEXT QUESTION PLEASE.
18: Favorite color?
Red or purple or white or black.
19: Loud music or soft?
Both.
20: Where do you go when you’re sad?
Into my room where I sit for a little while and collect my thoughts or have a nap.
21: How long does it take you to shower?
Usually I time it with how many songs I listen to and it's usually two, so about 7 minutes.
22: How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
Not long at all because I am lazy and make minimal effort with my appearance and I've mastered the art of straightening hair in less than 8 minutes.
23: Ever been in a physical fight?
I was play fighting with my brother and my cousin once and I punched my brother in the nose if that counts, I hope it counts because it was a proud moment that me, little Shannon had just whacked someone in the snout.
24: Turn on?
Tall, funny boys. GAH.
25: Turn off?
Long finger nails, pass the bucket because I will vom.
26: Fears?
I could be here all day with that. Death, illness, falling between the train and the platform, failure and onions.
27: Last thing that made you cry?
Probably just myself.
28: Last time you said you loved someone?
10 minutes ago when my mum went to bed!
29: Last book you read?
I started reading Eleanor & Park but I stopped because it was getting too cute and I wasn't in the mood for cuteness so I stopped and haven't returned, but fully it was The Fault in Our Stars.
30: Last show you watched?
Big Brother, hahaha.
31: Last person you talked to?
My mum.
32: The relationship between you and the person you last texted?
He is my dad. (I'm so popular, speaking to my mum, texting my dad, who needs pals?!)
33: Favorite food?
Hey, health heads look away now - PIZZA.
34: Place you want to visit?
Australia, so badly it hurts.
35: Last time you kissed someone?
Last year some time and it sucked. HAHAH (sorry, if you read this I'm sorry.)
36: Last time you were insulted?
This evening when I tried McDonalds new cheese bites, they were awful and I'm extremely insulted.
37: Last sport you played?
Does Sims 3 count as a sport?
38: Last time you hung out with anyone?
Tonight with my friend Shanice!
39: Who should answer these questions next?
Anyone, you, your mother, your dog or even your loaf of bread.

I hope you enjoyed reading about me as much as I enjoyed writing about myself. (That was a joke, I'm not self centred I promise) I deleted a few though because they were YouTubery related questions and I'm not on that level yet!

Have a nice day wherever you are, doing whatever you're doing!

We Have So Much Precious Time.

I'm not sure what really triggered this thought but isn't it strange how when were little we didn't properly understand the concept of time, we didn't see things as being months and months away, or days away, we probably just took every day as it came and every day just felt the same.

You would spend 6 weeks in the summer off school and when you're little it feels like an eternity, you'd spend it playing in your bedroom and it would be the best time. Then you grow up and time starts to feel more and more precious, days start to pass quickly, quicker than even months felt when we were younger.

Time is a very strange concept and it's horrible to waste it really. Let's all return to the mentality we once had, make the good times feel like they're lasting forever because that's just really nice.

(I've been posting quite a lot recently about life and all that, life is just all that's on my mind really and how I must learn to treasure it and that's exactly what I am doing)

Love Yourself From Day 1.

Hellloooo everyone!

As a part of my journey to happiness and good physical and mental health I have started going on walks and today I went on one - after I'd just had a really freakin good smoothie, damn I love myself for that smoothie - anyway, on this walk I was on a road on my estate and a girl ran past me, she looked about 11 or 12 years old. She was fully kitted out in running gear, she looked serious, man. She ran by like she was determined to get this run done but then she came to a sudden stop when she saw 2 boys probably her age in front of her. This made me sad. She clearly felt insecure, why? To me she looked like the perfect little size but she was obviously running for a reason. Maybe she simply likes running, maybe she wanted to do something to get herself out of the house in the holidays, maybe she wanted to get fit then I thought…what if she was doing it to lose weight? AND WELL, by that point I wanted to go over to her and tell her that she is a perfect little thing.

I could be completely wrong, I could have the wrong end of the stick. However, even if she was just running for fun there are girls (and boys) that young who get sucked into the whole 'losing weight' thing. Can you imagine your 11 year old sibling saying they wanted to lose weight, wouldn't you be horrified?! For me to even have the thought that this girl could've potentially be doing that run to lose weight just made me so sad.

I'm so sad that society has changed an entire generation and all the generations that are to come. Let's go back 30 years, did my parents worry about exercising when they were kids? No. Did I or my friends worry about exercising much when we were about 11 years old? No. I worried more about missing a show on Disney channel than food.

But then you grow up, food and weight becomes a daily thing that you think about and isn't that just absolutely infuriating. It's annoying because in reality we're probably all fine, but in your own head you don't feel ok, you feel like you're the wrong size, you feel like eating anything slightly bad is a sin and you're doing something terribly wrong. That's awful.

Kids, emphasis on KIDS, should not feel the need to go out on full blown runs at such a young age, by all means go and run down the park and hang out with your pals but to do it for the full purpose of exercise really gets to me. I'M JUST REALLY MAD THAT TODAYS CHILDREN HAVE BEEN TAUGHT THAT EXERCISING AND BEING SLIM IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BEING A CHILD AND HAVING FUN.

Of course, being healthy and exercising is a good thing, totally! But everyone is so focused on it now and we've forgotten what it's like to enjoy living, I know I have (but I'm working on getting my thoughts back on track, life will be sweet as soon) but I just wanted to stop this girl and ask her what she thought of herself. The mind of a young girl is a tough one and one that really sucks sometimes and it just makes me sad. It really is none of my business what this girls reason was but I'm just super worried that the world is corrupting even younger minds than I thought, and that's so very wrong.

June Topshop Wish-list!

Hiiiiiii! I've never done one of these before and of course I love clothes etc, so maybe I should start doing stuff like this more often.

I could've gone on and on and picked literally everything but I only chose a few things which if I had the money I would go straight into a big Topshop and buy, but actually all I can do is window shop, then leave and cry at my lack of shopping. My style isn't very 'colourful' considering it's Spring/Summer, I am still stuck in my skinny black jeans but perhaps one day that'll all change… we'll see. Anyway, here are some things I liked the look of online today!

Now, I know it's not really the right time of year to wear jumpers and cardigans but I dress for comfort no matter what the heat (silly, I know) but I've never had a Summer where I've whacked my legs out and I'd love to so maybe in a few weeks I'll do an updated wish-list and there might be more season appropriate clothes on there.

Right now I'm super into ripped skinny jeans, I just bought some black ones and they're so nice so the ripped stone wash jamie jeans (which will ALWAYS be Topshops best quality and best fitted jeans, in my opinion) are a great pick!

The denim t-shirt dresses have been about for absolutely ages now and I'm still yet to buy one so hopefully I'll get one for the summer.

What are you thinking about Topshop right now, is there anything you really want to purchase? Let me know!

I enjoyed doing this, so will definitely do this more often. My blog doesn't seem to have a set subject I write about, I like a bit of everything and that's cool I think.

Will write soon! xo

Watch Out For 5 Seconds Of Summer!

YES, it's official, it is only a few more days until my favourite band '5 Seconds Of Summer' release their debut UK single 'She Looks So Perfect'. So you all need to watch out for this band, okay?!

They've been together almost 3 years, and in that time they have blossomed into this awesome, little, Aussie band. I say little, but they're not little at all. They did their own thing on YouTube for a while, toured Australia with Hot Chelle Rae, released their first EP in Aus (Somewhere New), toured the world with One Direction and have done many shows over here in the UK, Australia and are due to go on tour in a couple of weeks in America on their first headline tour over there! They aren't doing too badly for a band that hasn't even got an album out yet!

I know I'm being totally and utterly biased when I say how good they are but I'm nothing but honest… they're great. I can't wait to see how the single does in the charts next week, so you need to go and pre-order it now on iTunes (or simply just buy it on Sunday 23rd March).

If you haven't heard the single yet you can watch the video below!

Quirky song lyrics and a weird (but good) video, WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?!

you can get the single/EP here!

Help get these boys the success and recognition they deserve, because you won't find any 4 teenage boys that work as hard as they do! So if you want to see good music re-enter the charts then you must back these lads.

Valentines Day Alternatives

Valentines day is approaching, I'm 18 years old and I am yet to spend a Valentines Day with a boy so to me the whole point is overrated and weird, but I'm sure that would be different if I wasn't a future, lonely dog lady - please God, I pray that doesn't happen…like seriously, please do not let that happen!

I'm sure there are many of you out there who are in the same boat as me, the 14th February comes along and you're on your tod just sat in your house while romantic couples around the world are sharing their love with each other over a candlelit meal at some restaurant they would probably never go to on any other day. BUT US? WHAT CAN WE POSSIBLY DO ON SUCH A DAY?! Well, here are some Valentines Day alternatives for those who are just 'waiting for the right one'.

You could order a massive pizza and just eat it all on your own because who needs a boyfriend/girlfriend when there is pizza in the world? Pizza is the next best thing to romance, possibly even THE best thing full stop. We could just stuff our faces and perhaps an hour or so later we could cry about the fact we are alone and not only alone, but full of pizza and not full of love.

On the topic of the worlds beloved pizza, instead of taking pictures with your loved one on Valentines Day you could just make edits of the Pizza Hut logo with the Bleach London app, because who needs to make cute faces and look all loved up when you could spend your valuable time doing pointless stuff like this?!

Or we could go on a nice walk and clear our minds of all the negativity and remember that one day we might even spend a walk on Valentines Day with someone we love - but not this one, because we are ALONE.

If you're me you could celebrate that on  Valentines Day it has been one whole year since Luke Hemmings from 5 Seconds Of Summer followed you on Twitter, because that's better than any real relationship am I right ladies, am I right?! (No, no I am not right.)

Maybe we could just lay on the floor and cry, I mean that sounds like fun doesn't it?

In all seriousness we could just treat it as any other day, but all of the above sound a lot more appealing. Let us embrace the loneliness.

Happy soon to be Valentines Day everyone, HEY it's like 24 days away, that's still quite a lot of time to find someone? HA NO, not really. We will probably still be as alone as we are right now. HAVE A GOOD ONE!
